Menopause Support Group: Celebrating Menopause Awareness Day
Bell Health in partnership with Menopause Connections: A Holistic Approach to Menopause
Join us this October as we come together to recognize Menopause Awareness Day!
This event is an open space for discussion on the impact of menopause on both our home life and work life. We will explore the challenges many women face, including how menopause affects brain fog, memory loss, and confidence. We’ll share practical tools and tips to navigate these changes and focus on what can be done to create a more supportive work environment for everyone.
As part of Menopause Awareness Day, we will also host an open discussion about how menopause is really affecting us, and what Menopause Connections can do to help support you in our future sessions.
What to expect:
Open discussions on the personal and professional effects of menopause
Tips and tools for managing brain fog, memory lapses, and boosting confidence
Ideas for improving the work environment to better support those going through menopause
A conversation on how Menopause Connections can provide ongoing support in future events
We’ll be sharing all of this over a cuppa, creating a relaxed and supportive space where we can connect, share experiences, and offer support.
Tickets are £10 per person

Please note, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds for this event.
