Supporting the Dyslexic Learner

October half term touch typing course for years 5 and 6

Touch-typing is a skill for life that overcomes some of the barriers that children with dyslexia experience at school.  The course will be held at Bell House itself, in accordance with government Covid guidelines.  It will be taught in a multi sensory way with a strong focus on motivating acquisition of this skill. Book your child’s place here.

Screenings for dyslexia

Now that the British Dyslexia Association have given the go ahead for assessments for dyslexia to restart, we are holding screenings again face to face at Bell House over the coming months.  If you are concerned about your child's literacy development and feel this needs further investigation, why not book a screening?
