‘Be the best you can be, in mid-life, menopause & beyond’
Nutrition is on the menu: Why 'what and when' you eat, affects your body and mind. And, what’s the best form of mid-life exercise we should be doing?
Registered Nutritional Therapist, Jackie Lynchfrom Well, Well, Well Clinic, and author of ‘Va, Va, Voom the 10-Day Energy Diet', returns to Bell House. She’ll dish up plenty of effective nutrition advice to improve your mood, give you more energy and share top tips to improve your sleep.
Former Team GB rower and Women’s Health and Fitness Coach, Baz Moffat, talks core strength. If you want to get stronger, fitter and healthier, Baz sets the record straight on why exercise in midlife is important - from improving bone and heart health, to strengthening your pelvic floor. And, most importantly the right type of exercise women should be doing to stay as healthy as possible, beyond menopause. This session is relevant to all – those who want to get started on the fitness treadmill, and those already on it.
Women's Health Physiotherapist from the campaigning group #Pelvic Roar, Myra Robson, links nutrition and exercise to health and wellbeing in menopause, drawing on her personal, as well as professional experience.
