A free online webinar on the importance of kindness in our lives and society and ways to incorporate it into our daily lives.
We have seen some amazing acts of kindness large and small during the Covid-19 crisis. It is proven that kindness is beneficial to both the receiver and the giver so how can we ensure we foster the spirit of kindness beyond the current crisis and bring an approach of kindness into everyday life? This session will look at benefits of kindness for individuals and society and ways to incorporate kindness into your life.
This online session will be lead by Tracy from Way to Wellbeing, a professional trainer and consultant who focuses on holistically supporting wellbeing in workplaces and the community.
