Join us for free weekly online sessions of gentle stretching, suitable for all ages from both sitting and standing, on Tuesdays at 10.00 am - 10.30 am.
Keeping moving is important for people of all ages to make sure we stay healthy and happy and it's especially important during this time indoors.
This 30 minute session will include gentle stretches that can be followed either from a sitting or standing position to accommodate all levels of mobility. Both styles will be demonstrated so everyone can adjust for their own level.
This is an friendly and gentle stretching session facilitated by Lizzie, a volunteer at Bell House, rather than a professional fitness class.
No equipment required, just yourself and a chair if you need one. After registration for each session through Eventbrite, you will have access to the Zoom link for that session. The link is listed under 'Online Links' in your confirmation email.
