Join us at Bell House for a free exercise session with our volunteer Lizzie covering a full body workout and yoga aimed at beginners.
Exercising is always important to keep us healthy and happy and it's especially important during this time indoors, so let's get moving together!
During this hour, there will be two exercise sessions of 20 mins each with transition time for a quick chat in between them, starting with the more active full body workout and followed by the more relaxing yoga stretches. Feel free to join for one or both sessions.
The level of exercises will be aimed at beginners in both these activities.
All you'll need for this workout is a mat or towel, no equipment required.
