Exercise Together: Full Body Workout and Yoga for Beginners

Join us at Bell House for free online exercise sessions with our volunteer Lizzie covering a full body workout and yoga aimed at beginners, weekly on Saturdays from 4pm - 5pm.

Exercising is always important to keep us healthy and happy and it's especially important during this time indoors, so let's get moving together!

During this hour, there will be two exercise sessions of 20 mins each with transition time for a short break in between them, starting with the more active full body HIIT-style workout and followed by the more relaxing yoga stretches. Feel free to join for one or both sessions on Zoom.

The level of exercises will be aimed at beginners in both these activities and everyone can adjust for their own level. This is an friendly exercise session facilitated by Lizzie, a volunteer at Bell House, rather than a professional fitness class.

All you'll need for this workout is a mat or towel, no equipment required. After registration for each session through Eventbrite following the link below, you will have access to the Zoom link for that session.

We will have sessions from 4pm - 5pm on the following dates:
