An online webinar on looking at how to define your values and how to take steps towards a more meaningful life.
The last few months have been a time for us to notice what is important in our life, for many it has been a time to stop and reflect. Are you living the life you want, focused on your values and one which gives you meaning? How do we define our values or take steps to move into a more meaningful life? This session will help you explore these questions with resources to utilise at home and work.
This online session will be lead by Tracy from Way to Wellbeing, a professional trainer and consultant who focuses on holistically supporting wellbeing in workplaces and the community.
As Bell House is an educational charity supporting wider learning in the community, we ask for a small donation to book a place, with a suggested donation of £5. Any donations above £5 would also be greatly appreciated. However, we want this talk to be accessible to everyone who needs it especially during this time and so the minimum donation to book a place is only £1 (as low as Eventbrite allows for a donation ticket).
