How often have you thought next time I’m going to say NO, only to find yourself agreeing to that extra work project, or that visit to relatives on your day off! We can often feel a sense of guilt, or feel that people will think less of us if we don’t say yes, but this can lead to stress and lack of self-care. 

Join Tracy from Way to Wellbeing to empower yourself to maintain boundaries that are good for you and enable others to appreciate you in a new light. 

Bell House is an educational charity supporting wider learning in the community so we ask for a small donation to book a place, with a suggested donation of £5. So that this talk is accessible to everyone who needs it especially during this time the minimum donation to book a place is only £1 (as low as Eventbrite allows for a donation ticket). 

This session will be delivered online via Zoom. After registration, access to the webinar will be available under 'Online Links' and reminders will also be sent out closer to the date.
