We are very aware of the difficulties facing parents and young people at the moment. The pandemic has created many new and unique challenges for parents, while also making our usual support systems feel slightly out of reach.
Rites for Girls, in association with Bell House, are running free online courses to provide support and guidance for parents during the pandemic.
These are judgement-free sessions where you can speak about your experience with others in a similar position and receive practical guidance.
The course is made up of three sessions on Thursdays in February.
About the Speaker
The sessions are run by Kim McCabe, founder of Rites for Girls, who has worked as a counsellor for teenagers, mentor to groups of preteens, and guide for parents.
Due to National Lottery funding we are able to provide a limited number of places free of charge.
