This 2-hour workshop is for young people who would like to have a first go at throwing on the wheel. You will try your hand at centering clay and throwing a small cylinder. If you already have some experience throwing on the wheel, you will learn how to throw bigger and more challenging shapes. At the end of the session, you can pick your favourite pot which will be glazed and fired for you. The cost of all materials and firing are included in your course fee.

This session is suitable for young people age 11-18. Separate classes are available for adults.

Throwing on the wheel can be a messy business and aprons will not be provided. Please wear appropriate clothing.
