Menopause Connections: A Holistic Approach to Menopause is proudly presented by a team of local menopause practitioners covering nutrition, pelvic health, fitness, medical and natural approaches to managing menopause symptoms.
Following our first successful event in January where Dr Tanya Patrick talked through physiological aspects of menopause, our second event will cover why Nutrition is a key tool in enjoying a healthier menopause.
