Learn how to make norimaki sushi from scratch in the Bell House kitchen with Zita Steyn, author of Good Better Green.
You will work together from 4-6pm to create a delicious meal using ingredients from the Bell House vegetable garden, honing your knife skills and trying your hand at rolling makizushi. Afterwards you will sit down together to enjoy your creations with green tea and a sweet ending.
