An introduction to dumpling making, focusing on making the dough from scratch and folding techniques. Anyone of any skill level can make them! This workshop requires only simple equipment - a stovetop for pan frying the dumplings and a pot lid to steam them, as well as a rolling pin. It will be led by trained chef, Courtney, who runs Bogleboy Supper Club. Find out more on his instagram page here.
This event is a joint fundraiser for Bell House and Courtney's chosen charity, HospitalityAction. You can donate any amount you'd like to. Proceeds will be split between the two charities.
The workshop will be hosted online via Zoom, starting at 6pm on 01.07.2020. Once you have booked a space you will be sent the ingredients and equipment list via Eventbrite so please check your emails, including your junk folders.
