About this Event
Here's a simple way to make a delicious and inexpensive drink to quench your thirst this Summer. Please note this recipe uses whey (from cow's milk yoghurt) which you will have to prepare before the workshop. Don't worry, it's super-easy to do and I'll send you the instructions shortly after you book your ticket. If you do not manage to prepare the whey on time, I'll record the workshop and send you the information afterwards for you to follow along with at home when you have all the ingredients ready.
YOU WILL NEED:
Filtered water
Lemons
Cane Sugar
Whey from Yoghurt (must be prepared in advance - full instructions given)
4-litre glass jar or smaller jars totaling 4 litres capacity.
Muslin or thin dishcloth for removing the whey from yoghurt
Glass clip-top jars
