A fun-filled workshop creating delicious plant-based dishes that would work brilliantly as a brunch feast: carrot gravlax, scrambled silken tofu with butter bean shukshuka, vegan omelettes, chia pudding pots with fruit compote, baked blueberry donuts, and fluffy oat and banana pancake stack. Come hungry!
The class includes time to sit down in one of the beautiful rooms at Bell House and share the delicious food that you have made.
